Cornerstone

It has been a long time since I’ve been to the Cornerstone Festival that’s put on by JPUSA each year down near Macomb, Il.  For many years I would pack-up the entire family, crib and all and head-off to the July festival to be part of something very exciting.  As the kids grew they lost interest – the thought of being away from their friends for more than 15 minutes at a time was on the same level as having their fingernails pulled out with a rusty pliers, unthinkable.   However this year it is going to be different – I have a number of friends that I haven’t seen in years that I know will be at the festival and the line up of bands and speakers is incredible.  

If you haven’t been to Cornerstone, or like me, haven’t been in a long time, have a look at this year’s schedule – very nice.  Just go over to Cornerstone’s site and have a look – and if after checking things out, you decide to go, please let me know – maybe we can camp near one another.
